We support you to understand CQC regulatory requirements, achieve the standards required, and maintain them. 

We provide intensive support to organisations that have received CQC ratings of either "Requires Improvement" or "Inadequate". The intensive support enables the organisation to improve and regain the standards required. 

Compliance Solutions available include: 

Quality Audit Review - This covers the 5 Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), reviews existing audits and compliance documents to ensure effective governance and quality assurance systems. An improvement and action plan will be created to resolve any shortcomings identified. This review can be repeated every quarter.  

Mock Full Inspection - This full inspection covers the full CQC Five Key Lines of Enquiry. Depending on the size of the service, the mock inspection comprise of two to four full day onsite visits, and will include a comprehensive series of audits, interviews and checks, followed by a detailed report which identifies any potential breaches, areas for improvement, recommendations, and an action plan 

Mock Short Inspection - This short inspection covers the one of Five CQC Key Lines of Enquiry. Organisations may choose to be inspected in one or more of the Five CQC Key Lines of Enquiry. Depending on the size of the service, the short mock inspections may require one to two day onsite visits, and will include a comprehensive series of audits of the area chosen, interviews and checks, followed by a detailed report which identifies any potential breaches, areas for improvement, recommendations, and an action plan. 

Crisis Support for CQC Inadequate Rating - we will support your organisation in dealing with the crisis of being placed in special measures following an inadequate CQC rating. We will support you through production, implementation and documentation of your improvement plans. If required, we will also support you during meetings with relevant authorities.

Training and Qualifications for Managers - this includes both new managers seeking registration with CQC, and also training for Registered Managers.
