CQC Regulations and Fundamental Standards for Care Providers in England is a course for Managers, Owners, Directors, and anyone interested in the UK Laws and Regulations that guide CQC Monitoring and Inspections of Care settings for Adults, including Residential Care Homes, Adults' Domiciliary Care,  Community Care settings, Healthcare, Independent Hospitals, Dentists, and other care settings delivering regulated care in England. 

Learners will learn the regulatory requirements for registering and operating a regulated care setting in England. 

Learners will also learn how these regulations are enforced, and which regulations will result in direct prosecution without issue of prior warning notice.
