The Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) for learners working in a senior business administration role to develop their knowledge, understanding, and skills, across a range of administrative practices and tasks.

The Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) is available to learners and students in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

The Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) is accredited and regulated by Ofqual (QAN 601/4029/X) for delivery in England. It is also accredited for delivery in Wales and Northern Ireland and is regulated by Qualification Wales and CCEA Regulation respectively.

For Administrators wanting to progress further to Senior Administrator, Office Manager, Administrative Manager

The Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) is supported by Skills CFA, the Sector Skills Council for occupations in business and administration, customer service, enterprise and business support, human resources and recruitment, industrial relations, leadership and management, marketing and sales (also includes contact centres and third sector). 


Complete 58 credits, made up of 5 Mandatory (compulsory) Units and a variety of Optional Units

How will Learning be delivered? 

Learning is delivered using a blended approach that includes e-learning via this site, live web seminars (webinars) providing live teaching and tutorials, telephone support, email support, and peer support via a course discussion forum.

How will learning be assessed? 

Assessment of learning is through a portfolio of evidence, compiled within an e-portfolio. Assessment is supported by a dedicated assessor who provides pre-assessment information, advice and guidance, and also provides post-assessment feedback and support as well.

How long will it take to complete the Qualification? 

Total qualification time for Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) for the average learner is 580 hours.

Of this, 282 hours are expected to be guided learning hours.

Requirements

Work requirements: The learner must be working in an administrative job role or work placement.

Minimum age entry requirements – 19 years and over. No maximum age entry requirement.

Minimum qualification requirements: No previous qualification required.

Language Requirements: 

The Learner must be able to read and understand information written in English as this qualification is delivered in English.
