Level 4 Leadership and Management for Adult Care is for those in care management, team leading or supervisory roles including:

• care team leaders,
• care supervisors, care coordinators,
• deputy care managers,
• new care managers,
• and all those in similar job roles, 

Working in all care settings including: 

• domiciliary care, 
• residential care, 
• hospital care, 
• primary care, 
• community care, 
• nursing care, and 
• any other care setting.

There is no requirement to be in a management job to study this course.
