The Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care course bundle provides essential initial training and guidance for anyone wanting to work as a manager in a care setting in England. 

The course bundle also provides a synopsis for the recognised qualification, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF), which is the NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification that was previously known as the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.
