Once you have paid us through our Stripe Payment Link, Stripe sends us a notification about the payment, with information on the buyer who paid the fee.
We then send an email to the Buyer to obtain details of the learner or learners.
The buyer replies to our email, and provides the learner details in the format we requested. The buyer must reply to the email we sent.
Then we create a Learner Account for each learner, we enrol each learner into the course, and we email each learner with their own login instructions.
After making payment, please allow at least 24 hours for us to contact you, especially if you paid at night when we are closed.
